Love & Associates is a valuation and consulting firm specializing in expert valuation testimony and litigation support for investment-grade commercial properties including regional malls. A. Scruggs Love, principal in the firm, holds the MAI and CRE professional designations. An accredited Appraisal Institute instructor, Mr. Love has taught appraisal classes and seminars at universities and locations throughout the country since 1974. Mr. Love was the 1987 recipient of the Harold D. Albritton Award in recognition of outstanding contribution to appraisal education awarded by the AIREA. Mr. Love was the 1990 President of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers.
