Schultz, Carr, Bissette & Associates is staffed to provide a wide variety of consulting and appraisal services and includes a residential department with eight residential appraisers. Valuation services are provided on most property types, including commercial, industrial, residential, rural, special purpose, resort and recreational developments, new towns, hospitals, and nursing homes. Past involvement has included large-scale assignments, including loan and property portfolio analyses, acquisition estimates for the rapid transit system, airport expansion, and proposed toll roads.

The principal is J. Carl Schultz, Jr., a graduate of the University of Georgia with a major in real estate and with 30 years of real estate experience. Recent major involvement's include the valuation and analysis of numerous resorts and recreational properties, including golf courses, tennis complexes, ski resorts, time-shares, and coastal islands. Appraisal experience covers a wide variety of properties including commercial, industrial, multifamily, and multi-use developments. He is state certified in the following states: Georgia, Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
