Mr. Brian E. Shuler's major course of study at Texas A & M University was real estate, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics - Business in 1976. He has been a full time real estate appraiser and consultant since his college graduation. Mr. Shuler's real estate appraisal experience has been varied from vacant land to highly technical special purpose properties in locales from Florida to Hawaii. His primary area of operation is Texas. Mr. Shuler has qualified as an expert witness in property valuation in county, state, and federal courts. He is also a published author in the field of real estate. Mr. Shuler holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and the GAA (General Accredited Appraiser) designation from the National Association of Realtors. He is currently certified under the voluntary continuing education program of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Shuler is also a Texas State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser.
