Founded in 1976 by Dr. Bill Mundy to provide economic, market, and valuation real estate studies, we are an association of professional appraisers, economists, and analysts. We provide economic analysis, feasibility analysis, market analysis, real property valuations, fiscal impact analysis, and survey and market research to a wide variety of clients.

Most recently, Mundy Associates has spent increasing amounts of time on the analysis of the effects on property values of hazardous and toxic waste. Another area of specialization is the valuation of conservation/preservation properties. We are also frequently called to testify on complex eminent domain valuation cases. We also have a national reputation on certain cutting edge impaired property issues, including mold, synthetic stucco, concentrated animal feeding operations, and construction defects.
